What services do you offer?

I am a licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
I specialize in working with farmers, legacy land holders, and stewards of horse properties that want to see their land end up in the right hands as well as finding the right land to grow with into the future.
I am also passionate about sharing the stories of local farmers and community members rooted in land preservation who are too busy working the land or its bounty to get their stories out.

What makes you different?

I grew up on a farm in Upstate South Carolina and I live on a farm in Western North Carolina. I know what it’s like to work these lands and I work sided by side with the people that show up every day for their communities.
I’m also a Real Estate Broker and I see these lands sometimes going to the wrong people - it’s my passion to help preserve this area and help pass on or grow your legacy.
